1974 - Ohio
I believe it was 1974 or so, that there were many sightings of UFO's in
the Cincinnati, Ohio - Northern Kentucky - Southern Indiana area. I saw
them myself as lights in the sky, no detail. they were so obvious during
a period of about a month, that one night my brother & I actually climbed
on the roof of my parents house in Northern Kentucky to gaze at them.
There were at that time, at least 3 or 4 lights in the sky at various
positions. The lights were much too high to be normal lighting, & having
lived there most of my life, these stood out immediately. The lights were
completely still in the sky for long periods of time, 20-30 minutes. Then
they would slowly move up or down on the horizon, or laterally. Eventualy
they passed out of view. I believe there were items in the newspaper
about them, but unfortunately, I don't know what I did with them. As to
the position of the lights, they were approximately - to the North,
South, & West of our position on the roof. I am intersted in anything you
might have about other info regarding these particular sightings. I saw
them again, more than once, from Interstate 275 on the north side of
Cincinnati looking Soutwest.
